How to do Pedicure? It happens very often to us to hear this Question from our Customers or our Followers Online...especially during the Summer Season!
Before telling you about what are the Steps of a correct Aesthetic and Professional Pedicure, we try to understand the importance of this Treatment for our Feet and not only...for our whole body!
Let’s think about all the activities in which we engage and "exploit" our Feet every day, all year round: we walk, we run, we stand up for work or during the day... Feet support our weight and too often we neglect them!
With the arrival of the sunny season we try to batten down the hatches, to finally be able to show our Feet with summery and open footwear, but the care of our Feet should be a constant that accompanies all the months of the year, also the winter ones, in order to alleviate stress, tensions and to prevent eventual nail problems and of the skin!
But let’s see what are the basic Steps for an Aesthetic Pedicure and let’s learn to periodically give us these small "cuddles" for the wellbeing and the beauty of our Feet!
Let’s begin with the first and very pleasant Step of our Pedicure: The Footbath!
Soak Feet in the Pedicure Bowl, in which we have previously poured lukewarm water with Salts or relaxing and scented Essential Oils.
If you want, moreover, you can also add a few drops of mild soap and disinfectant.
We leave our Feet in water for a few minutes, exploiting the moisturizing soothing and toning action of the Footbath. With the help of a sponge We carefully clean a foot at a time, after which we immerse them again in the lukewarm water for about other 3 minutes.
Here we are ready for the second phase of our Pedicure: the Feet Scrub!
We apply a little bit of product on the still wet skin of our feet and we massage gently for a few minutes, trying to insist above all in areas where commonly are created cutaneous roughnesses or thickenings.
By proceeding in this way, in fact, we will act on the microspheres that compose the Feet Scrub, smoothing the skin and removing impurities and dead cells to obtain a light and smooth skin that is like new!Always remember to start our massage from the extremity of the toes, continuing toward the neck of the foot and the ankle: in this way we will be able to stimulate the circulation and alleviate any tension!

We Thoroughly clean our Feet from every remain of Scrub simply with the help of a sponge again using our Pedicure Bowl and we will be ready to take care of any callous and rough areas!
Periodically give us these small "cuddles" for the wellbeing and the beauty of our Feet!
Now it’s time to take care of the rough and thicken areas our feet!We use in this case a Foot Scraper, starting with its most abrasive part and concluding with the less rough one.
In this way - by focusing especially on those parts of the foot that are more subject to cutaneous thickenings (heels, the outer part of the foot sole, etc.) or on any callous and hard skins maybe due to a wrong posture or to the use of unsuitable shoes - we will be able to smooth our skin and reduce these annoying and unattractive rough areas!

At the end of the work we will be able to rinse the feet and dry them gently with a small towel: we tampon and well dry the whole foot, thus avoiding to leave wet areas on tissues, especially between the toes and in the foot sole, to avoid the formation of cutaneous problems (such as proliferation of bacteria or skin fungus).
We finally begin to take care of our Nails!
First, we eliminate any remain of Nail Polish present on our Nails: as always, we use the cotton pads soaked in Acetone Free Nail Polish Remover and so we remove in few seconds every trace of Nail Polish previously applied!
At this point, we can proceed with the step of Filing: we choose the desired length and we file our Toenails with a Jumbo Nail File; if necessary, before filing and shaping Nails, we shorten them with the aid of a ToeNail Clipper Countersunk or a Nail Clipper!

Arrived at this point, we proceed with the Care of Cuticles!
We apply our Cuticle Remover to effectively eliminate hangnails in excess present on the nail surface. With the aid of a Wooden Cuticle Pusher square-tipped or a Cuticle Pusher Tool, we gently push them making them move back toward the area of the nail root.We are now able to hydrate and soften our hangnails with with the Cuticle Oil – in the fragrance that we most prefer – massaging them with small and delicate circular movements.

Are you ready for one of the most relaxing Steps of our Pedicure?
We apply uniformly on our Feet the Feet Mask, using a Brush or a Spatula: we let it rest for about 10 minutes so that the active principles present in the product can efficaciously act!
The Hands and Feet Mask, in fact, is a Specific Nail Treatment that is Hydrating and Emollient, able to ensure to the skin of our Feet a rejuvenated and hydrated appearance!
Its formula guarantees a deep moisturising that is able to regenerate every skin type, even those most arid, giving them a new appearance, that is rejuvenated and incredibly smooth and bright!

Once the time of laying is finished, we will be able to remove any product remain with a tissue paper and rinse Feet with lukewarm water, and proceed with the Phase of the Massage!
We use the Massage Lotion on the well dried skin and we massage for a few minutes until the product will be well absorbed.
Also in this case, remember to proceed with circular movements, starting from the extremity of toes up to the ankle and insisting especially on individual toes and on the foot sole. In this way, we will dissolve any nervous tensions and stress...in a moment of true relax for all our body!

After about 3 minutes of massage, we remove any residue of the Massage Lotion with lukewarm water or, if you prefer, even with rose-water, for an invigorating and purifying effect!
And now...we dedicate ourselves to the Aesthetics of our Nails!
We apply the Base Coat: we coat the Nail Polish on all toes and we leave it dry in air for a few minutes!
In this case, we remind You to use the comfortable Pedicure Toe Separators, for conveniently separate the toes between them and apply the Nail Polish with more simplicity, avoiding contacts between toes which could compromise the application of our Base!!!

We arrived at the conclusion of our Pedicure, with the last Step of our work!
We coat the coloured Nail Polish that we prefer and, if necessary, to obtain a higher covering, we proceed with two coats of the product.
We let dry our Nail Polish to the air for a few minutes, without removing our Toe Separators in order to be able to work with greater ease and precision.
To conclude the work and protect our Nail Polish, we finally coat the Top Coat: once dried, in fact, the Topcoat Nail Polish Pics Nails will leave on our Nails a resistant, anti-scratch and shiny protection!
Our Aesthetic Pedicure is concluded: many small basic Steps in order to obtain a Professional finish and give to our Feet and Nails a new, well-finished and rejuvenated appearance...not only during Summer!
